Tracy Malaluan

Tracy Malaluan is a Senior Specialist in Microsoft Licensing Operations at Softchoice, with extensive experience in generating CSP quotes, processing orders, and managing licensing operations. Since joining Softchoice in December 2019, Tracy progressed from a Specialist to a Senior Specialist, achieving high accuracy in quote generation and facilitating contract amendments.
