Mahesh Asrani

In over thirty-five years of his career, Mahesh Asrani has led the finance function in large global businesses in various capacities, including as Chief Finance Officer of COFCO International Limited.

He is an experienced business manager with a strong finance background and expertise in managing the challenges of growing business in a global environment and steering business reorganizations. As a member of the top management team, he has been driving strategy, managing finance, and other functions in multiple countries and diverse cultures. Mahesh is a Singaporean and has served on the Committees of the Singapore International Chamber of Commerce. At present, he is a member of the Audit Committees of SINDA, Singapore and Beyond Social Service, Singapore. Mahesh is a Chartered Accountant and a Law graduate. He also holds the Financial Times (FT) Non-Executive Director Diploma.
