Phil Adams

Phil Adams is a seasoned database administrator with extensive experience in database management and leadership roles. At OST, Inc. since August 2017 and at SofTec Solutions since April 2013, Phil serves as a Senior DBA focusing on data warehouse solutions for Tricare. With a long tenure at Amdocs, Ltd. since 2004 as DBA Manager, Phil has managed and mentored integrated DBA teams, overseeing team and project budgets. Previously, Phil held DBA positions at Dex Media and Reed Business Information, where responsibilities included maintaining and upgrading various database systems, as well as migrating databases to Oracle. Phil holds an MBA in IT from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Computer Information Systems from McKendree University.
