Naglis Verbošaitis

Naglis Verbošaitis has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Most recently, they are currently employed at Softeq as the Lead Delivery Manager, a role they have held since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Lead Project Manager at Softeq from April 2022 to March 2023.

Before joining Softeq, Naglis served as the CEO and Head of Product at Drivitty/Tankita Ltd. from January 2018 to March 2022. Naglis was responsible for leading a startup that developed an innovative cashless and cardless refueling solution.

In terms of their project management experience, Naglis worked as the Head of Project Management Department at Proit from January 2016 to January 2018, and at UAB "Bull Baltija" from May 2013 to January 2016. Naglis also worked as a Project Manager at UAB "Bull Baltija" from June 2012 to April 2013, at UAB "ERP" from April 2011 to May 2012, at UAB "Baltic Amadeus" from August 2010 to April 2011, and at UAB E. Ana (UAB Etnomedijos Intercentras) from March 2007 to August 2010.

In addition to their project management roles, Naglis also has experience as a Sales Manager at UAB "Saurida" from December 2004 to May 2005, where they were responsible for sales activities.

Naglis Verbošaitis has a strong background in project management and has experience leading teams and developing innovative solutions.

Naglis Verbošaitis completed their Master's degree in Electrical Energetics at Kaunas University of Technology from 1998 to 2004. In addition, they obtained various certifications, including Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) from Scrum.org in 2022, and CompTIA Project+ from CompTIA in 2007. Naglis also pursued several certifications in Artificial Intelligence and Project Management in 2024, including Introduction to Generative AI from Google, Introduction to Large Language Models from Google, Professional Scrum Product Owner II (PSPO II) from Scrum.org, and Generative AI Overview for Project Managers from the Project Management Institute.
