Aaron Gannon is the Technical Support Manager at SofterWare, Inc. Aaron has over 20 years of experience in IT management. Aaron has previously worked as the Interim Director of IT at the Immune Tolerance Network, UCSF; City IT Manager at The Kimpton Group; and IT Manager at Carson-Dellosa Publishing, LLC.

Aaron is also responsible for creating and maintaining documentation for technical support procedures and policies.

Aaron Gannon completed a Master of Science in Information Management at the University of Washington Information School. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Northeastern University. Aaron also holds a High School Diploma from Bishop McGuinness High School. Aaron has also earned certifications from PEOPLECERT in ITIL Foundation and from the Project Management Institute in Project Management Professional (PMP).
