Theresa Zschieschow

Theresa Zschieschow started their work experience in 2013 at Cine Plus as an Auszubildende (trainee) in Kauffrau für audiovisuelle Medien. Theresa continued their career at MAGIX Software in 2015, starting as a Junior Social Media Marketing Managerin and then progressing to roles such as Recruiting Managerin and Senior HR Managerin. Currently, since 2021, they are working at softgarden, where they have held roles as People Managerin/HR Managerin, Head of People, and Vice President People.

Theresa Zschieschow completed a Lehrgangszertifikat - Personalassistentin (IHK) at IHK Berlin in 2018. Prior to that, they studied Medienbetriebslehre and earned a degree in Kauffrau für audiovisuelle Medien at Leopold Ullstein Schule / OSZ Wirtschaft from 2013 to 2016.
