Chandler Parkinson

Chandler Parkinson is an experienced professional currently serving as a Client Executive at CITIZ3N, which is a Softheon brand, and has held the same title at Softheon since April 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Capital West Homes & CWHD Contracting as a Project Coordinator & Safety Management, where Chandler implemented internal processes that significantly improved permit acquisition efficiency. Chandler has also excelled in management and outreach positions at Salt Lake County Youth Services, overseeing substance use prevention programs and expanding initiatives for at-risk youth. Additional experience includes working with the State of Utah’s Division of Child and Family Services and teaching resilience education to youth through Innovative Harbor. Chandler holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Utah.
