Sahana Racha is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Softility, Inc. since December 2023, Sahana previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at navAjna Technologies Private Limited from August 2021 to December 2023, and at EventsNow Private Limited from July 2019 to August 2021.
