Zaid Hafeel

Zaid Hafeel currently serves as the Group Head of Digital Transformation at Softlogic Holdings PLC, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this role, Zaid was with Daraz from July 2018 to September 2025, where responsibilities included leading the Marketplace business in Sri Lanka and serving as the Regional Acquisition Lead for the Daraz Group. Zaid's leadership resulted in significant business growth across multiple countries, optimizing marketplace operations, and developing a strategic framework for key accounts, which drove notable increases in Gross Merchandise Value. Zaid's career began as a Call Center Executive at Startek in early 2018, following a foundation diploma in Business Administration and Management from Northumbria University.
