Lenard Justin started working at American Premium Water in 2016 as a Senior Marketing Executive and then joined Softlogic Life in 2018 as a Business Executive.

Lenard Justin attended St. Peter's College, where they focused on Health and Physical Education/Fitness. It is unknown when they began and ended their studies at this institution. Subsequently, in 2018 - 2019, Lenard enrolled at the Sri Lanka Institute of Fitness and Nutrition, where they pursued a degree or certification in fitness and nutrition training.
