Prasad Chandana Wijenayake

Prasad Chandana Wijenayake has a strong background in actuarial work. Prasad Chandana began their career as a Quantitative Analyst at Amba Research in August 2008. After working there for two years, they joined Union Assurance PLC in June 2010 as a Senior Manager in the Actuarial department. Prasad Chandana held this position for over ten years, until March 2021. Currently, Prasad is employed as the Assistant Vice President of Actuarial at Softlogic Life since March 2021.

Prasad Chandana Wijenayake pursued their education at Heriot-Watt University from 2014 to 2015. During this time, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Actuarial Management. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2008, they attended the University of Colombo where they completed a Bachelor of Science (Hons) Special degree in Mathematics, Statistics, and Computer Science.
