Andrei Streit

Andrei Streit is an experienced technology and performance coordinator currently leading data and performance structures at Softplan since February 2023. Previously, Andrei served as Coordinator of Agility and Technology Performance at Paraná Banco S/A, focusing on promoting agile practices across the organization. With extensive experience at TOTVS, Andrei held various roles including Agile Coach, Scrum Master, and Project Manager, where contributions included developing Agile Masters and optimizing processes. Andrei holds an MBA in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina.
