Kathleen Repasche

Kathleen Repasche is a seasoned Product Designer, currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at Softplan since May 2021, where contributions include working on SAJOnline MP systems for various state ministries in Brazil, focusing on user-centered design and usability testing. As a Project Leader for Ladies that UX since January 2021, Kathleen leads the "Girl Talk Meeting in English" project, aimed at enhancing communication skills within the community. Additionally, Kathleen operates as a freelance Graphic and UI/UX Designer under UXKATH, emphasizing usability and user experience in various creative projects. Prior experience includes a role as a Pl. UX/UI Designer at WPLEX Software, where efforts centered on solutions for public transportation management, and a Junior UX/UI Designer position at Galoá Ciência, leading design efforts for scientific event systems. Kathleen holds a Bachelor's degree in Digital Design and a certification in Evidence-Based Entrepreneurship from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas.
