Julien Decoster

Julien Decoster has extensive experience in merchant services and innovation at Worldline since July 2000, currently serving as the Head of New Instore eXperience, focusing on developing SmartPos and SoftPos products. Previous roles include Head of Innovation, where Julien worked to enhance the digital payment experience, and various leadership positions involving business development, presales, and customer experience, all aimed at inspiring and supporting clients across the retail sector. Julien's career began in project management and software development within the banking and media markets. Additionally, Julien holds an Executive MBA from EDHEC Business School and has relevant degrees in Informatics from the University of Lille and Instituto Politecnico do Porto. Julien is also the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at SoftPos since September 2022.
