Karishma Shah

Karishma Shah is a Senior IT Helpdesk Technician at Softrams since November 2022. Previously, Karishma worked as an Image Quality Tuning and Testing Engineer at Intel Corporation from January 2021 to September 2022, where responsibilities included troubleshooting software and hardware issues, managing projects related to imaging systems, and performing IQ tuning tests. An IT Consultant at the University of California, Santa Cruz from September 2019 to December 2020, Karishma provided technical support for software tools used in campus labs. Additional experience includes a Software Engineer Intern position at Clean Oceans International, focusing on mobile app and website development using React and JavaScript, and a Front-End Mobile App and Web Developer Intern role at Infinite Options LLC, developing a calendar web application and a mobile calculator app. Karishma holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a minor in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
