Melissa Akoa, PSM II, SSM, has accumulated a diverse range of professional experience since beginning a career in sales and operations. Currently serving as a Scrum Master at Softrams since February 2018, Akoa previously held the position of Client Success Manager at Vox Media, LLC., from March 2017 to January 2018. Prior experience includes working as a Registration Administrative Associate at the University of Maryland and as a Sales Operations Manager at Nordstrom. Akoa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Maryland, obtained in December 2018.
