Rachael Feidler is an experienced professional with a strong background in training, quality assurance, and product management. Currently serving as a Product Manager and Training and Communications Manager at Softrip since November 2017, Rachael has created over 270 external help files and designed user experience enhancements for application support. Previously, Rachael was an Account Manager, facilitating gap analysis sessions and managing a diverse portfolio of accounts. Rachael's experience at Apple Leisure Group from July 2008 to November 2017 includes developing a quality program and managing a quality control department, alongside impactful roles as a Corporate Trainer and Support Agent, where Rachael significantly improved training efficiencies and reduced call center errors.
