Fredrik Berglund

Fredrik Berglund has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles.

Fredrik currently serves as the Head of Microsoft 365 at Softronic since August 2022.

Prior to that, they were the Head of Cloud Services and a Sales Executive at Sogeti from September 2021 to May 2022.

From December 2019 to August 2021, Fredrik worked at Knowit as a Regional Manager, where they established a professional services organization focused on Cloud services.

Before joining Knowit, they served as the Director of Consulting Services at Crayon Sweden from January 2016 to December 2019, managing a business area specializing in Microsoft Cloud solutions.

Fredrik also had a role at Axians SE from 2010 to 2015, where they served as a Business Unit Manager, Consultant Manager & Talent Manager, and Consultant Manager.

Fredrik started their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Occasio AB in 2009 and later worked as an IT Recruitment Consultant at Wise Professionals AB in 2008.

Additionally, they gained experience as a Consultant Manager at Elan IT in 2007 and as a Project Manager at Sandvik Mining and Construction in 2006.

Fredrik's early career involved working as a Business Consultant at CoreBusiness AB in 2004.

Fredrik Berglund obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Gävle, where they studied from 1996 to 1999. In 2008, they attended Blekinge Institute of Technology to pursue a field of study in Psychology, although it is unclear whether they completed a degree program in this area. Additionally, in March 2012, they obtained a certification as a Certified Talent Management Officer from Dataföreningen i Sverige.
