Galyna Datsiv is a seasoned professional in learning and development with over 14 years of experience at SoftServe, currently serving as Vice President of Learning and Development. In this role, Galyna has been instrumental in developing and managing a comprehensive learning strategy, fostering an innovative training environment, and integrating learning within the Talent Management framework. Previous positions include Associate Vice President of Learning & Development and Director of SoftServe University, where Galyna oversaw high-quality educational solutions tailored to organizational and employee needs. Galyna's early career includes roles in account management and project administration at DevCom, and academic experience as an Assistant Professor at Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. Galyna holds a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics and Informatics, complemented by a Master's and Bachelor's degree from the same institution.
