Khrystyna Doroshevych has extensive experience in talent operations and acquisition, currently serving as the Talent Operations Business Partnership Lead at SoftServe since October 2017. In this role, Khrystyna builds relationships with key stakeholders to align talent needs and streamline processes. Previously, as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner at SoftServe, significant contributions included analyzing project demands and developing sourcing strategies. Prior to that, Khrystyna held various positions at N-iX, including Staffing Lead and Talent Acquisition Specialist, focusing on recruitment strategies and candidate sourcing. Khrystyna's career began at SoftServe as a Career Advisor and Recruiter, emphasizing employee development and talent selection. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Law from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
