Kostyantyn Pylypchuk

Kostyantyn Pylypchuk is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent operations and engineering management. Currently serving as SVP of Global Talent Operations and VP of Global Talent Acquisition at SoftServe since September 2008, Kostyantyn oversees staffing, resource management, and recruiting operations on a global scale. Key responsibilities have included restructuring the Global Talent Acquisition department, maintaining engineering quality, and developing frameworks for staffing and resource management. Prior roles at SoftServe include Software Development Office Director, Senior Resource Manager, and Competence Manager, where notable achievements involved creating best practices, promoting talent development, and enhancing staffing operations. Previously, Kostyantyn gained valuable experience with Software MacKiev and Consortium EDAPS, KP OTI, holding various positions from Engineering Manager to Lead Engineer. Kostyantyn holds a Master of Science from Ukrainian Catholic University and a Master’s Degree in IT from Ukrainian State University of Food Technologies.
