Gousiya Shaik is a professional with a strong background in technical recruitment, currently serving as a Technical Recruiter at SoftSol since March 2023, following a similar role at Indotronix Avani Group from September 2021 to March 2023. Gousiya holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from Andhra University, obtained in August 2021, and a B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Gayatri Vidya Parishad College of Engineering for Women, completed in September 2019.
