Alena Bekus

Alena Bekus currently serves as Head of Account Management at SOFTSWISS since March 2019, previously holding the position of Account Manager Key Account. From June 2017 to March 2019, Alena worked at Travel agency "Epifora," Ltd as a Tour Organizer, achieving a 50% profit increase over the previous year, a 30% rise in low season tour groups, and a 5% growth in market share within the bus tour operator segment. Alena's earlier experience includes serving as Head Of Marketing Communication at the National Tourism Agency of Belarus from August 2016 to June 2017, where achievements included the launch of the website Belarus. Travel, the production of multilingual tourism brochures, and the initiation of a national tourism brand. Alena holds a Bachelor's degree in International Tourism Management from Belarusian State University, completed between 2011 and 2016, and is an interpreter in English and German.
