Andrey Nedbalski

Andrey Nedbalski is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as TechLead Go Developer at SOFTSWISS since February 2023, Andrey has previously held positions such as Senior Backend Software Engineer and Backend Software Engineer at Rain, as well as Backend Software Developer at Bottlepay, where chatbot development for micro-payments was a key contribution. As the CEO and Founder of WorkSoftBench LLC, Andrey built an outsourcing software development company from the ground up, serving clients across multiple regions. Other notable roles include Co-Founder and COO/CTO at FinalView LLC, where Andrey expanded the development team significantly, and Lead Engineer at Artics Internet Solutions, overseeing development in Minsk. Andrey began a career at BelSwissBank, contributing to the development of one of Belarus's first internet banking services, earning recognition with an award for Best Business Website in 2004.
