Irina Belous is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources across various industries. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at SOFTSWISS since August 2022, Irina contributes to the iGaming sector by supporting a network of over 100 brands. Prior experience includes HR Business Partner roles at Infront X, focusing on enhancing digital experiences for sports and media organizations, and HR Manager at Omnigon Communications. Irina has also held management and recruitment positions at TRIZA Exclusive, iChar, and NIPK "Electron," where skills in talent acquisition and HR management were developed. Irina holds a degree in Oceanography from Saint Petersburg State University.
