Mateusz Juszczak

Mateusz Juszczak has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Mateusz started their career as an Admin Assistant at the Office of Bailiff in Warsaw in 2013. After that, they worked as a Telephone Interviewer at GFK NOP in 2014. In 2015, they joined Mercer as an Analyst and later became a Senior Analyst. At Mercer, they worked until 2021. In 2021, they transitioned to Lux Med where they served as a Compensation and Benefits Analyst. Following that, they joined CCC Group as a Rewards Analyst in 2022. Currently, Mateusz Juszczak is working at SOFTSWISS, where they started as a Senior C&B Specialist and is now in the position of Head of Total Rewards.

Mateusz Juszczak obtained their Bachelor's degree in finance and accounting from the University of Warsaw, which they attended from 2011 to 2014.
