Mikalai K. is a highly skilled software engineering professional with extensive experience in various programming languages and domains. Currently serving as Lead Software Engineer at SOFTSWISS since September 2019, Mikalai K. has played a key role in the development of a growing fintech product, overseeing project decisions and managing two cross-functional teams. Previously, Mikalai K. worked at EPAM Systems from October 2014 to September 2019, contributing to the EPAM Mobile Cloud project, which facilitates customer interactions with mobile applications, and serving as a contractor on the Thomson Reuters Westlaw project and multiple Thomson Reuters initiatives as a Test Automation Engineer. Mikalai K. holds a Master’s degree in Web-programming and Computer Modeling and a Bachelor’s degree in Theoretical and Applied Mechanics from Belarusian State University.
