Nadezhda Makaruk

Nadezhda Makaruk is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in leading teams and managing complex projects across various technology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at SOFTSWISS since April 2022, Nadezhda has played a pivotal role in establishing and refining in-house and cross-team processes. Prior to this, Nadezhda held the position of Head of Data Collection for Oxygen Software, overseeing team management and execution of multiple releases. Nadezhda also contributed significantly to Wargaming as a Team Lead Project Manager, where responsibilities included coordinating distributed teams and managing project documentation. Nadezhda's career began at ArtisMedia, where growth from sales manager to acting director demonstrated strong leadership capabilities. Educational achievements include a degree from The Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus.
