Olga Ivanchik

Olga Ivanchik has extensive work experience in project management and leadership roles. Olga is currently the Head of Web Studio at SOFTSWISS, where they focus on achieving business goals through team development and innovation. In their previous role as the PM Team Lead, they expanded the project management team and implemented training and mentoring programs. Olga also served as the Deputy Team Lead and Project Manager at SOFTSWISS. Prior to joining the company, they were the CEO, CG Artist, Interior and Object Designer at Olga Ivanchik Interiors.

Olga Ivanchik's education history includes a Master's degree in Design from Belarusian State University, which they obtained from 2016 to 2018. Olga also holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management Entrepreneurship from Belarusian National Technical University. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Project and Delivery Management (ICP-APM) from ICAgile in March 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a certification in Remote Team Management in the digital field from Pmclub in November 2020. In 2020, Olga attended ITMINE, where they completed courses in Business Analysis and Agile Practices in Business Analysis.
