Alex Teut

Alex Teut has extensive work experience in the field of software engineering and data engineering. Alex is currently working as a Data Engineer at SoftTeco since 2022. Previously, they worked as a Software Engineer at RocketData.io from 2021 to 2022, where they were responsible for building MVPs of new business ideas and improving platform performance. Prior to that, Alex worked as a Data Engineer at EPICA from 2018 to 2021, where they built a scalable Prediction-as-a-Service platform in the B2B market. Alex also worked as a Data Engineer at Craft Machine from 2017 to 2018, where they led a small team and built a platform for web scraping and data cleaning. Before that, Alex worked as a Ruby Developer at Profitero from 2014 to 2016, as a Ruby Programmer at MetricsCat from 2013 to 2014, and as a Ruby Programmer at Twinslash from 2012 to 2013. Alex started their career at Allied Testing in 2010, where they worked as an Automation Engineer and later as a Finance Engineer. Alex began their professional journey as a QA Engineer at Credo-Dialogue in 2008. Throughout their career, Alex has gained expertise in various programming languages such as Ruby, Python, C#, and has experience with technologies such as Elasticsearch, AWS, and Kubernetes.

Alex Teut received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Belarusian State University, where they attended from 2006 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Alex has obtained various certifications. Alex completed a Professional Certificate from EnglishScore in July 2023, a Deep Learning Specialization from Coursera in May 2022, a course on Kubernetes for Developers from Slurm Слерм in January 2022, and a course on Computing for Data Analysis from Coursera in January 2013.
