Marina Romantsova

Marina Romantsova started their work experience in 2020 with SoftTeco as an HR/IT Recruiter. SoftTeco is a software development company that provides a range of development services to clients in the USA, Europe, and Canada. Marina then joined the SoftTeco Team as an IT Recruiter and HR Manager. There are no specified end dates for either role.

Marina Romantsova attended Gomel'ski Dzjaržauny Universitet imja Franciska Skarany, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Teaching English Language and Informatics. Marina completed their studies at the university from 2011 to 2016.

In addition to their degree, Marina Romantsova has also acquired several certifications. Marina obtained a certification in Full Stack Recruiter from Mike Pritula Academy in November 2022. In December 2020, they achieved a certification in IT Recruitment: Successful Candidate Search in the IT Field from Netełogia. Furthermore, they obtained an EF SET Certificate™ from the EF Standard English Test in August 2020.
