Arturo Zúñiga

Arturo Zúñiga, LHEP™, currently serves as a People & Culture Sr. Consultant at Softtek, focusing on strategic projects, change management, coaching, and global cultural initiatives. Previously, Arturo held various roles at Softtek, including People Operations Manager, where leadership of a team aimed to enhance employee engagement and productivity, and People Lead, dedicated to improving the employee experience throughout the organizational journey. Prior experience includes work as an Executive Coach and Consultant at Quidam Global, a Student Mentor and Teacher at ITESM, and roles in consumer intelligence and training at Danone and PepsiCo, respectively. Arturo holds a B.A. in Financial Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León.
