Daniela Bünger

Daniela Bünger has been Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Software AG Management Board since January 2023 (contract until 2026). She is responsible for both the global finance organization and driving the company’s transformation strategy to its next phase.

Daniela joins Software AG from Atos, where she was CFO for its Benelux and Nordics region, CFO of Global Financial Services and Insurance, before finally taking the role of Senior Vice President of Finance and Head of Finance Integration. She also spent nine years at the consulting firm Accenture.

Daniela studied International Business at Brunel University, London and holds a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) qualification from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
