Philippe La Fornara

Philippe La Fornara is currently the President of EMEA at Software AG. Prior to this, they served as the VP Sales & GM EMEA for Technology, Consulting & Integration Solutions (TCIS) at Unisys from November 2005 to August 2012. In this role, they had full P&L responsibility for products, services, and solutions, and was focused on the sales function, including the transformation of the sales force toward consultative and value sales. Philippe also directly managed the EMEA marketing efforts and the development of alliances with EMC, VCE, BMC, and MSFT.

During their time at Unisys, Philippe contributed to the turnaround of the company, which was particularly visible in the last 3 years. Philippe has an industry focus on finance, telcos, transportation, and the public sector.

Philippe La Fornara has a degree in civil engineering from the University of Liege. Philippe also has an aerospace engineering degree from the same school.
