Alejandra Trucios is a seasoned recruiter with extensive experience in the IT and talent acquisition sectors. Currently serving as a Senior IT Recruiter at KMS Technology, Inc. since February 2023, Alejandra previously held the position of Technical Recruiter at Pentalog HR from December 2021 to February 2023. Prior roles include Talent Acquisition & Development at MagmaLabs, Project Assistant at Plan V AC, and a freelance Translator. Alejandra began their career in human resources as a Human Resources Coordinator at DuPont from 2010 to 2011. Complementing professional expertise, Alejandra holds a Master's Degree in Gender, Law and Criminal Procedure from Centro de Estudios de Posgrado and a Bachelor's degree from Universidad de Colima.
