Laura Hamway

Laura Hamway is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success management and technical consulting, currently serving as the Director of ARIS Customer Success for the Americas at Software AG since October 2022. Previously, Laura has held various roles, including Founder of the Mid-Atlantic Group of IBM i Collaborators and Managing Director for Remain Software USA. Laura's expertise spans multiple companies, having worked with SessionM, Phoenix Business Consulting, and Vitria Technology, offering technical consulting for ERP projects, integration, and automation projects, as well as managing significant EDI projects. An alumna of Radford University, Laura holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer and Information Sciences.
