Anton Karagiozov

Anton has more than 20 years of senior management experience working in various sectors amongst banking, financial, automotive and retail. He brings vast expertise in financial planning and supervision, devising and executing strategies for successful company restructuring and development. Before joining Software Group, Anton held various leadership positions, such as CEO of a Fintech company operating in Bulgaria, and CFO of a major holding company, as well as of a Sovereign Wealth Fund SEE subsidiary. He had a key role attracting USD 25 Million investment as part of the senior team of one of the companies he was working in. Anton also was a Board Member of a company operating across Bulgaria, South Africa and the Philippines and sat on Supervisory and Management Boards together with top executive officials.
