Deb Leavens has over 20 years of professional work experience. Deb began their career in 1998 as a Training Coordinator II/Administrative Assistant at Empire Southwest. In 2000, they moved to Encompass Electrical Technologies Inc. (formerly Wilson Electric Co.) as an Executive Assistant. In 2001, they joined Century Insurance Group as an Administrative Assistant/Office Management. In 2008, they began working for AXA XL, a division of AXA (formerly XL Catlin) as an Office Management/Underwriting Administrative Assistant. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as an Executive Assistant To Chief Executive Officer at STS Cymetryc.

Deb Leavens has completed a degree in Insurance from the American Institute for CPCU-Insurance Institute of America in 2003.
