Julian M. has extensive experience in technology leadership roles. Julian is currently the Senior Vice President of Engineering at SoftwareOne, where they lead a team of engineers and specialists in product engineering. Previously, they served as the Interim Chief Technology Officer at Talent Ferret and the Chief Technology Officer at Wayfindr, where they were responsible for technology strategy and direction. Prior to that, Julian was the Chief Technology Officer at City Internships, where they built automation technology projects. Julian also held the role of CTO at GQR Global Markets and founded LostHire, where they designed and sold a data mining tool for recruiters. Julian began their career as the Director of SM Technologies, a bespoke development and IT consultancy agency.

Julian M. attended the University of Surrey from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
