Renu Bhojwani is a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with extensive experience in both IT and non-IT recruitment across various sectors, including FMCG, insurance, banking, financial services, broking, and manufacturing, operating throughout Pan India. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at SoftwareOne since February 2023, Renu previously held the position of Talent Acquisition Representative at Amdocs and has contributed as a Senior HR Recruiter and Research Associate at Alp Consulting Ltd. from August 2017 to December 2020. Renu began the recruitment career as an HR Recruiter at Walk In Solutions from January 2015 to January 2017, managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Renu holds an MBA in HR & Finance from Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Management Studies and Research and a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Sindhu Mahavidyalaya.
