Bob Ciaruffoli

Bob Ciaruffoli is currently an advisor at SoftWear Automation. Bob has previously worked as Prosperoware, eureQa, LLC, and Broad Street Angels. In January 2000, they became the Chairman and CEO of Baker Tilly (formerly ParenteBeard) and retired in December 2015. Bob was a CPA and during their tenure as chairman and CEO, the firm transitioned from a Pennsylvania practice to a multi-state super-regional firm. The firm’s revenues grew from $30M to $200M through organic growth, introductions of new services and strategic acquisitions. In 2014, Bob orchestrated a merger of the Parente Beard and Baker Tilly Virchow Krause firms to create the 12th largest US accounting and advisory firm.

Bob Ciaruffoli has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from King's College, and they are also a Certified Public Accountant from Pennsylvania.
