Tim Watkins

Tim Watkins has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Tim began their career in 1995 as a Quality Control Manager at Kemtec Land Surveyors. From 2005 to 2008, they served as an Application Support Supervisor at Dantom Systems Inc., where they played a crucial role in supporting, developing, and improving the ICL system. Tim then joined Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP as a Systems Analyst, where they provided third-level user support and handled software support for various applications.

In 2012, Tim joined Quicken Loans as a Sr. Business Analyst, where they served as a liaison between business consultants and software engineers to provide technical solutions for complex business problems. Tim contributed to requirements gathering, document requirement designs, user acceptance criteria, and future state processes.

Moving on, they worked as a Sales Engineer at Capsilon from 2016 to 2018, utilizing their skills to support and drive sales. Tim then joined Fiserv as a Product Consultant (Sales Engineer) in 2018, where they specialized in LoanComplete, a life-of-loan solution suite.

In 2019, Tim became the Director of Pre-sales Solutions at Roostify, where they played a key role in managing pre-sales activities for the company. In 2021, they transitioned to Snapdocs, working as a Solutions Consultant to facilitate digital mortgage closings.

Currently, Tim is serving as the Director of Solution Engineering at TRUE, a lending AI pioneer. In this role, they oversee the creation of accurate data that powers automation and optimizes the lending lifecycle, helping lending organizations process loans efficiently, reduce costs and risk, and enhance the customer experience.

Tim Watkins obtained an MBA degree in Business Administration from Walsh College in 2012. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Franklin University in 2003. Tim also holds an Associate degree in Computer Science from Macomb Community College, which they completed in 2001.
