Maikon Campos Ferreira is an experienced industrial manager with a diverse background in production, process engineering, and continuous improvement. Currently serving as Gerente Industrial at Softys since February 2021, Maikon has held several managerial roles focused on production and process improvement. Prior experience includes Executive Operations Manager at Book Fair and Continuous Improvement Consultant at Suzano Papel e Celulose. Maikon's tenure at Kimberly-Clark spanned nearly two decades, where responsibilities included managing engineering and training teams, implementing Lean Manufacturing methodologies, and overseeing major production operations. Maikon holds an Engineering degree in Production Mechanical Engineering from Centro Universitário Braz Cubas and has pursued further education in Human Resources Management and Quality Management.
