Mauro Frota

Mauro Frota is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in commercial leadership, marketing, and sales across various industries. Currently serving as Commercial Executive Director at Softys, Mauro oversees the P&L of the Consumer Goods Division and manages key brands in the Tissue and Personal Care categories. Mauro also contributes as a mentor at Top2You and a Chief On Demand at Chiefs.Group. Prior to these roles, Mauro's tenure at British American Tobacco spanned over 18 years, where Mauro held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Marketing & Sales for East & Southern Africa and Marketing & Sales Director for the Southern Cone Area. Mauro has also worked with SC Johnson and Shell in significant marketing and sales capacities. Mauro holds multiple degrees from prestigious institutions, including INSEAD, MIT, and IMD, alongside foundational education from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.
