Poy Yeung has a diverse range of work experience, starting with a role as an Ambassador at HSBC Commercial Banking from December 2009 to September 2011. In 2015, Poy served as both a School Ambassador and had an internship at Financial Data Technologies Limited. They also co-founded a business called Erbantrails, where they held the position of Business Development from March 2015 to January 2016. In 2015, Poy was a School Ambassador and involved in Business Development at SoGal. Currently, Poy is working as an Investment Manager at AngelsGlobal Inc., a position they have held since April 2016.

Poy Yeung's education history starts in 2014 when they enrolled in California State University, Los Angeles. They pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Systems and finance, completing it in 2016. Additionally, Poy Yeung participated in a course called "The Business of Social" from Northwestern University through Coursera, although the specific month and year of completion are unavailable.
