Marcelo Soares de Melo

Marcelo Soares de Melo has extensive experience in technical management and industrial development. Since January 2018, Marcelo has served as Gerente Técnico Nacional at Sogedev. Prior to this role, Marcelo worked at FI Group from January 2014 to November 2017 as Team Manager P&D+I, focusing on project management in research and development for the industrial and technology sectors while preparing technical reports for the Ministry of Science and Technology (MCTI). From January 2006 to February 2013, Marcelo held various positions at Indústrias Gerais de Parafusos INGEPAL Ltda., contributing to continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, as well as providing technical support for industrial management. Marcelo also has experience in the judicial sector, having worked at the Tribunal de Justiça de São Paulo from January 2003 to January 2005, managing tax-related processes. Marcelo holds a specialization in Engineering of Production from Produttare and a degree in Control Automation Engineering from Anhanguera Educacional.
