Alex Audru has extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as the Responsable Restauration et Service for the Club de Direction at Prestige Sodexo since September 2016. Prior to this role, Alex held the position of Chef de Cuisine Club at SOGERES from December 2007, overseeing operations at Club de Direction Défense Ouest 92 Colombes until 2012 and continuing at Club BP2S PANTIN thereafter. Alex was also the Chef Proprietor at Restaurant le Chalet de Vallée du Clain from 2002 to 2009, recognized by platforms such as Tables et Auberges de France and Bottin Gourmand. Other previous roles include Chef de Cuisine Gérante at Sodexo Prestige, Chef de Cuisine Responsable du Soir at Ma Bourgogne, and various positions in renowned restaurants, starting as an apprentice at Restaurant le Jardin du Louvre. Alex's education includes a CAP in Cuisine and recognition as Meilleur Apprenti Paris Ile de France from FERRANDI.
