Johan Lindh

Johan Lindh has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Johan started their career as a Systems Developer Consultant at Capgemini in 1997, focusing on Microsoft technology. After three years, they joined Mandator in 2000 as a Consultant, specializing in Systems Development and Architecture, with a focus on Microsoft technology. In 2004, they moved to Fujitsu Services as a Consultant Manager, responsible for a team of 25 senior systems developers and project managers. Johan was also the Delivery Manager for main clients in the region. In 2008, Johan became the Business Unit Manager for Gävle at Fujitsu Services, overseeing PnL responsibilities for the unit, which had 50 employees. In 2009, they joined Sogeti as a Team Manager and Account Manager, where they led a team and managed key accounts until 2014. Johan then transitioned to the role of National Digital Solutions Lead at Sogeti until 2016. From 2016 until 2021, Johan served as an Account Executive at Sogeti, and as of October 2021, they are the Head of Portfolio & Global Delivery at the company.
