Marlous Jansen-Joosten

Marlous Jansen-Joosten has a diverse work experience spanning from 1999 to the present. Marlous started their career at IJssalon Clevers as an Employee and worked there until 2006. In 2008, they joined Sogeti as a YP Project Manager and later served as a Contract Coordinator. From 2013 to 2016, Marlous worked as an Account Manager at Sogeti, focusing on the ING account. Marlous then took on the role of Account Executive, where they were responsible for strategic account planning and fostering partnerships with ING. In 2017, they became a Lead Account Executive and served in this role until 2020. Since 2019, Marlous has held the position of Group Account Executive KPN at both Capgemini and Sogeti, where they have been responsible for the strategic customer, KPN. In 2020, they co-founded M² Make it Happen and took on the role of Co-Founder. Additionally, in 2023, they will join Capgemini as a Vice President.

Marlous Jansen-Joosten completed a Business Course in Leading Strategic Initiatives at IMD in 2018. Prior to that, they attended HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht from 2002 to 2007, the The Hague University of Applied Sciences in 2001, and Den Hulster High School from 1996 to 2001.
