Nathalie Kalmér

Nathalie Kalmér is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the National Head of Talent Acquisition at Sogeti Sweden since August 2021, Nathalie leads a team of 12 and coaches C-suite hiring managers on candidate-centric recruitment processes. As the CEO and Founder of GladHytt Alpacka Visingsö, Nathalie demonstrates entrepreneurial skills alongside previous leadership positions, including CEO at Lilla Wisingsö and Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Partner at Husqvarna Group. Nathalie's career also includes roles in premier organizations such as American Express, where strategic talent acquisition for the Nordics was managed, and a background in HR coordination at Swiss Re. Nathalie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Corporate Sales from IHM Business School and has pursued various educational programs focused on organizational development, leadership, and project management at Malmö University.
